This website is provided by Meadows Farm & Fence for information about our fencing services. By using it, you agree to these terms. Please do not misuse the site, submit false information or attempt to interfere with how it works.
Estimates and quotes
Submitting a form on this site is a request for information, not a contract. Any figure we discuss before we visit your property is a rough estimate. Final pricing depends on measurements, materials, terrain, access and scope, and is confirmed in a written estimate. Work begins only after you approve that estimate.
Scheduling and site conditions
Installation dates are scheduled in good faith and can shift because of weather, material availability, permit timing or utility locates. You are responsible for confirming property lines, homeowners association approvals and any required permits unless we have agreed in writing to handle them, and for marking private utilities such as irrigation and invisible fencing.
Payment
Payment terms, deposits and any workmanship warranty are set out in the written estimate or invoice for your project. No payment is collected through this website.

Limits
